I first caught Huesera: The Bone Woman when it screened at Celluloid Screams. The film instantly blew me away and I have (not so) patiently awaited a physical release in the UK. After thinking it was never going to happen I was thrilled when Arrow Video approached me and asked me to be a part of their forthcoming release. On the release I am flying solo in the booklet as I dive into the portrayal of pregnancy on screen. If you haven’t seen Huesera: The Bone Woman, I highly recommend that you give it a chance, the film can be pre-ordered now ahead of it’s 2026 birth on 26th January.
